Smart visualization for every production line

This high-visibility LED bar display is designed to be integrated quickly and easily with any industrial machine. Thanks to the dedicated IO-Link master module , it becomes the meeting point between the field and the supervision system: communication with the display takes place via IO-Link, while on the machine side you can choose the bus you prefer. The device is also designed for use in harsh environments and offers an IP65 protection rating, suitable for dusty areas or those exposed to water splashes.

Supported protocols on the machine side:

• EtherNet/IP
• CC-Link IE Field Basic
• Other IO-Link devices/masters

In just a few steps you can:

• display machine statuses, alarms, piece counters, OEE, cycle times and operator messages;

Electrical panel installation in Mexico

We are proud to present the installation of an automation electrical panel for one of our customers in Mexico.

Designed and assembled by our team, the system integrates Danfoss VLT® Micro Drive inverters, circuit breakers and neatly arranged wiring to ensure reliability , safety and energy efficiency .

The architecture enables precise motor control, energy consumption optimisation and reduced machine downtime, confirming our quality standards on every installation.

Electrical panel installation for a vision machine

An electrical panel has been built for the complete control of a vision machine, inside which a PLC is installed with the related digital input and output modules for handling field signals, boosters for powering and driving the lighting systems, an industrial computer dedicated to running the vision software and an operator panel (HMI) for user interaction. All components are integrated and wired to ensure coordinated and reliable operation of the entire vision system. The panel was built in compliance with current standards and was installed on the occasion of the Drinktec trade fair.

Electrical panel installation with inverter

In Mexico, a control electrical panel equipped with an inverter for regulating the speed of the motors in the plant has been built and installed. The panel, designed in accordance with international safety standards, integrates protection and disconnection systems, as well as a control unit for automated process management. The use of the inverter makes it possible to optimise energy consumption, reduce mechanical stress on the motors and improve the overall efficiency of the plant, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance even in harsh environmental conditions.

Vision machine installation

At the Tavina plant, a vision machine has been installed dedicated to the automatic inspection of expiry dates and batch numbers printed on products, both by laser marking and ink printing. The system has been integrated directly on the packaging line and uses high-resolution cameras combined with advanced analysis software to check in real time the presence, legibility and correctness of the printed data. In case of an error or missing print, the machine generates an automatic reject signal, thus ensuring batch traceability and a high quality standard in production.

Electrical panel installation for infeed conveyor control

The installation has been completed of an electrical panel for infeed conveyor control.

The system, based on variable speed inverters and a PLC, enables soft start/stop, speed adjustment according to load and synchronisation with the line.

Presence sensors, protections and emergency stop have been integrated in accordance with safety standards.

The result: greater reliability, lower energy consumption and fewer stoppages.
